About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008

In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:
1. Add the code with Article 330-4 of the following content:
"Article 330-4. Publication of subjects of final gymnasia and baccalaureate examinations, and also their decisions
The publication of subjects of final gymnasia and baccalaureate examinations and/or their decisions prior to the beginning of or during the corresponding examination
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 50 to 150 conventional units, on legal entities in the amount of 250 to 400 conventional units and on officials in the amount of 250 to 400 conventional units with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or the rights to perform certain activities for a period of 3 months till 1 year.".
2. Parts (4) and (articles 400 after figures "322," to add 6) with figures "330-4,".
