1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2012 No. 1142 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 21, 2012 No. 1199 "About efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 46, Art. 6350; 2013, No. 9, Art. 964; No. 17, Art. 2173).
2. Determine that the grants for stimulation of development of the tax potential provided to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015 on the subsection "Other Grants" of the Section "Interbudget Transfers of General Nature to Budgets of Subjects of the Russian Federation and Municipalities" of classification of budgets expenses are subject to provision in 2013 to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation according to the Rules of provision to subjects of the Russian Federation of grants in the form of interbudget transfers for the purpose of assistance to achievement and (or) encouragement of achievement of the best measure values following the results of efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2012 No. 1142.
