About modification of Item 2 of the Procedure for prolongation of term of stay and prolongation or reducing term of temporary stay of foreigners and persons without citizenship in the territory of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in Item 2 of the Procedure for prolongation of term of stay and prolongation or reducing term of the temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2012 No. 150 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 17, the Art. 612), the following changes:
in subitem 1 of the word "in case of entrance from" shall be replaced with words "within visa effective period in case of entrance of the persons without citizenship or foreigners who are citizens";
state subitem 2 in the following edition:
"2) no more than 90 days within 180 days in case of entrance of the foreigners who are citizens of the states with visa-free procedure for entrance if other term is not defined by international treaties of Ukraine. The procedure for calculation of the specified term is established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs,";
in subitem 3 of the word "from the date of the first" shall be replaced with words "in case".
