About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state support of cinematography of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state support of cinematography of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2001, No. 9, the Art. 334) the following changes and amendments:
1. Recognize preamble invalid.
2. Add Article 1 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"providing with the state guarantees of preserving and development of cinematography of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - cinematography) which is integral part of culture and art of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
3. Add Chapter 1 with Article 1-1 of the following content:
"Article 1-1. Subject of regulation of this Law
This Law determines activities of the state by preserving and development of cinematography and establishes procedure for its state support.".
4. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on the state support of cinematography
The legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on the state support of cinematography consists of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also come in the procedure established by the law into force of international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the international agreements).".
5. The eighteenth and nineteenth Article 3 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
