According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of April 15, 2014 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedure for opening of business" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 1206-VII:
1. Bring in the Procedure for provision of approval on creation by the professional participant of the stock market of separate division outside Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 6, 2012 No. 1583, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2012 for No. 1999/22311 (further - the Procedure), the following changes:
"Seal of the licensee" to add 1) in the text of the Procedure after words with words "(in the presence)";
1, 2 to the Procedure after the letters "L. S." to add 2) in appendices with words "(in the presence)".
2. To provide to department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. And clerical works (A. Zaik) to provide to management of information technologies promulgation of this decision in the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
