About modification of the Procedure for establishment of prohibition (temporary ban) and renewal of drug circulation in the territory of Ukraine
According to parts of the eighteenth and nineteenth article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" I order:
1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 30, 2012 on No. 126/20439, to state Item 3.4 of the Section III of the Procedure for establishment of prohibition (temporary ban) and renewal of the drug circulation in the territory of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 22, 2011 No. 809, in the following edition:
"3.4. After the termination of term during which use of medicine in Ukraine was authorized its further application is possible on condition of re-registration. After re-registration application term in Ukraine medicine is not limited.
The medicines released during the term during which medicines were allowed for use in Ukraine can be applied, including be used and implemented, in Ukraine before the termination of their expiration date determined by the producer and specified on packaging.".
2. (L. Konoshevich) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Yu. Savk.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
