About introduction of amendments to some orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine

1. Make changes to the following orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine:

1) in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of February 19, 2013 No. 210 "About approval of forms of certificates of competency of appraisers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 7, 2013 on No. 378/22910 (with changes):

the fourth Item 1 to exclude the paragraph;

in the direction of assessment of property "Assessment of objects in material form" to be reworded as follows form of the certificate of competency of the appraiser which is applied;

form of the certificate of competency of the appraiser in the direction of assessment of property "Assessment of complete property complexes, shares, securities, property rights and intangible assets, including the rights to intellectual property items" to be reworded as follows which is applied;
