Article 1. State part 2 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prosecutor's office" to No. ZR-126 of February 22, 2007 in the following edition:
"2. Every year till April 1 the Attorney-General represents to the President of the Republic and National assembly of the Republic (further - National assembly) transfer about activities of Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Armenia in previous year. Transfer includes data, statistical data, comparative analyses and conclusions about activities of prosecutor's office during previous year, in relation to each power determined by article 4 of this law. Transfer is discussed in National assembly according to the procedure determined by article 103.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
