Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 12, 2010 "About insurance and national pensions" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 19; 2011, No. 3 of Art. 175; 2012, No. 8, Art. 831; No. 12, h 1, Art. 1003) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- the fourth to exclude the paragraph;

- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-social pension - the monthly state payment appointed according to this Law for the purpose of social security and material support of the certain national groups which do not have the right to insurance pension;

- the eleventh and fourteenth to exclude paragraphs;

- the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

- "-indexation - the change of the size of the granted pensions and the conditional pension capital caused by change of indicators of level of living;";

- in the paragraph the thirteenth "individual accumulation account of the citizen" shall be replaced with words words "special part of individual personal account of insured person";

- in the paragraph the sixteenth "state" to replace the word with the word of "obligatory";

- the seventeenth after the words "introduced" and "person" respectively to add the paragraph with the words "on mandatory pension insurance" and "or insured person".

2. In Article 3:

- the third and fourth parts 1 to exclude paragraphs;
