About modification of the Procedure for accounts presentation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for provision of the financial reporting approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2000 No. 419 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 9, Art. 344; 2005, No. 1, Art. 14, No. 22, Art. 1203; 2006, No. 18, Art. 1345; 2009, No. 77, Art. 2614; 2011, No. 30, Art. 1308, No. 71, Art. 2684, No. 93, Art. 3376; 2013, No. 7, the Art. 240, No. 90, the Art. 3308), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for accounts presentation

1. Add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"If the organization of activities of bodies of the state statistics, bodies of Treasury and other bodies in which the financial reporting moves is suspended broken) in connection with temporary occupation of the territory and/or conducting anti-terrorist operation, the companies placed in such territory submit the financial reporting after recovery of regular activities of the specified bodies or to relevant organs in settlements in the territory of which such bodies perform powers in full.".

2. Add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Managers of the budgetary funds which are in temporarily occupied territory and/or in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation can submit the financial reporting to managers of the highest level without mark of bodies of Treasury about its compliance to data of accounting on execution of budgets.".

3. To add Item 12 after the paragraph of the seventh with new paragraphs of the following content:
