In pursuance of the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About religious liberty and religious associations" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for transfer to religious associations of cult (prayful) buildings, constructions and other property.
2. To heads of the regional, Almaty and Lenin city administrations to render assistance to religious associations in formation by owners of the cult (prayful) buildings transferred to them, constructions and other property.
3. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop forms of the security documents (the security agreement, the agreement of protection and hiring, the security obligation) determining procedure and conditions of use by religious associations of historical and cultural monuments.
