About modification of the Regulations on crediting by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Articles 6, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 19, of 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of ensuring depositor protection of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:
1. Bring in the Regulations on crediting by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 for No. 543/23075 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in Chapter 1:
in Item 1.1 of the word "on compensation payment to investors of members of Fund for unavailable deposits" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on the payments determined by Items 1, of 4, 6 parts 2 of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits";
to add Item 1.5 after words of "the current payments of Fund" with words and figures "on payments, stipulated in Item 1.1 this provision";
the fifth Item 1.6 to exclude the paragraph;
in Item 1.10 of the word "on payment of compensations to investors of other member of Fund on unavailable to deposits" shall be replaced with words also in figures "from payments, stipulated in Item 1.1 this provision";
The subitem "v" of Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"c) forecast schedules with monthly breakdown for the term of use of the credit:
