About modification of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the second article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (2014, No. 24, the Art. 883, No. 64, the Art. 901) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1) need for implementation of purchase in connection with emergence of special circumstances which make impossible observance by customers - the relevant local public administrations determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine - terms for holding procedures of the competitive biddings for purchase of works (goods, services) for construction of engineering constructions for the purpose of strengthening of defense capability of the state during the special period".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and loses force since August 1, 2015.
