About modification and amendments in some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine

Due to the origin in court practice of the questions connected using regulations of substantive and procedural law and for the purpose of ensuring identical and correct application of the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine to make the following changes and additions to some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine:

1. No. 11 "About some questions of practice of application of the Section XII-1 of the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine" to add the resolution of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine of 24.10.2011 with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. On content of parts one, third and fifth article 4-6 HPK in total and interrelations with part three of Article 2-1 of this Code of forming of boards of judges on consideration of specific cases it is performed with use of the automated system of document flow of court. At the same time according to subitem 3.1.7 of Item 3.1 of the Regulations on the automated system of document flow of the court approved by the decision of Judicial council of Ukraine of 26.11.2010 No. 30 (with subsequent changes and amendments), bases of forming of boards of judges are determined by meeting of judges of the relevant court.
