Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 28, 2006 "About the competition and restriction of monopolistic activities in the goods markets" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 7, Art. 346; 2008, No. 10, Art. 811; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1007) following changes:
1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.
2. In the text of the Law of the word "authorized capital" shall be replaced with words "(share) authorized capital".
3. In parts 4 and 5 of Article 15 of the word to "requirement" and "requirements" shall be replaced with words respectively to "decision" and "decisions".
4. Exclude Articles 20 and 21.
5. State Article 23 in the following edition:
"Article 23. Responsibility for violation of provisions of this Law
Physical persons and legal entities are made for violation of provisions of this Law responsible according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
