About introduction of amendments to the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Of December 5, 2013 to state Item 6 of part 1 of article 74 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia (further – the Code) in the following edition:
"6) the proofs confirming the direction to the defendant and the third parties of the action for declaration and copies of the documents attached to it (if their copying is possible);".
Article 2. In article 78 of the Code:
Part 5 after the word "determination" to add 1) with words ", copies of the action for declaration and documents attached to it";
Part 6 after the word to "production" to add 2) with words ", copies of the action for declaration and documents attached to it".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
