About entering of amendments into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Of December 5, 2013 to add article 3 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia (further – the Code) with part 5 of the following content:
"5. In cases, stipulated in Article 96.3 Judicial codes of the Republic of Armenia, also judges on cases on contest of decisions of the Commission on assessment of judges of results of assessment can appeal to Administrative court.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 182 of the Code with item 4 of the following content:
"4) Council of justice made the decision according to which the judge who took out this court resolution was brought to the administrative responsibility on one of the bases provided by Items 1 and 2 of part 2 of article 153 of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. Add the code with Chapter 31.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 31.1. Production on cases on contest of decisions of the commission on assessment of judges
Article 221.1. Cases on contest of decisions of the Commission on assessment of judges
1. In cases, stipulated in Article 96.3 Judicial codes of the Republic of Armenia, judges with the requirement about contest of decisions of the Commission on assessment of judges of results of assessment can appeal to Administrative court.
2. On the cases provided by this Chapter the judge can appeal to Administrative court after receipt of the decision of the Commission on assessment of judges in a month.
3. The cases provided by this Chapter are considered by Administrative court jointly as a part of 5 judges.
4. The rules relating to the claim for contest extend to the cases in that measure provided by this Chapter in what they are applicable to hearing of cases, provided by this Chapter.".
