About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service"

Article 1. Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 230a) the following changes and amendments:
