About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 240 and of April 15, 2013 No. 192

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 240 "About payment for use of radio-frequency range" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 69, 1/7474; 2007, No. 16, 1/8265):

exclude subitem 2.10;

in subitem 2.11:

state part one in the following edition:

"2.11. in case of not introduction by the user of radio-frequency range of annual payment (payment share) for its use permission to right to use of radio-frequency range is terminated without decision making by the body which issued such permission, next day after the expiration for introduction of the called payment (payment share). Within 10 working days BELGIE informs on cancellation of this permission the user of radio-frequency range, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization and the State Commission on Radio Frequencies under the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus.";

state subitem 2.12 in the following edition:
