About modification of appendix to the Order of FCS of Russia of March 27, 2012 No. 575
For the purpose of execution of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 21, 2014 No. 519 "About modification of the List of goods and dual-use technologies which can be used during creation of arms and military equipment and concerning which the export control approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 17, 2011 No. 1661" is exercised (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 30 (p. II), the Art. 4280) I order:
1. In the List of goods and dual-use technologies which can be used during creation of arms and military equipment and concerning which the export control given in appendix to the order of FCS of Russia of March 27, 2012 No. 575 "About export control of goods and dual-use technologies which can be used during creation of arms and military equipment and concerning which export control is exercised" is exercised (with the changes made by orders of FCS of Russia of August 23, 2012 No. 1699, of October 30, 2012 No. 2179, of February 22, 2013 No. 338, of April 10, 2013 No. 693 and of November 1, 2013 No. 2083) to make changes according to appendix to this order.
2. (A. A. Timofeev) to provide to customs authority central information technically modification of the bases of normative reference information and software used in the Single automated information system of customs authorities.
3. For public relations of FCS of Russia (A. V. Smelyakov) to provide to management publication of this order in official publications of FCS of Russia.
4. Operation of this order extends to the legal relationship which arose from the date of entry into force of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 21, 2014 No. 519.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia R. V. Davydov.
