Article 1. Regarding 1 article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About games with prize and gaming houses" of December 13, 2003, ZR-1-N (further – the Law) the words "86 percent" shall be replaced with words "90 percent".
Article 2. To state paragraph two of part 3 of article 6 of the Law in the following edition:
"After January 1, 2014:
a) the gaming house and (or) the mechanized game with prize, and (or) online Internet game with prize (through the gambling hall) can be organized in administrative borders of municipality of Tsakhkadzor of the Kotayk region, in administrative borders of municipality of Dzhermuk of the Area of Vayots Dzor, in administrative borders of municipality of Sevan of the Gegharkunik region, in administrative borders of municipality of Megri of the Syunik region - at the distance established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia from the educational, historical and cultural centers, office buildings of state bodies and local government bodies, hospitals and in the territories corresponding to criteria";
b) the gaming house and (or) the mechanized game with prize, and (or) online Internet game with prize (through the gambling hall) can be organized in the territory of the Zvartnots airport of Yerevan;
c) the gaming house and (or) the mechanized game with prize, and (or) online Internet game with prize (through the gambling hall) can be organized in case of the investing program in the amount of more than 40 billion dram approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia – in places and according to criteria which are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
