About modification of some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 3, 2013 No. 339 "About creation of Public institution "The house - nursing home of psychoneurological patients for adults in Bokhtarsky district of Khatlon Region" the following changes:
- in the name and Items 1, of 2, 3 and 4 resolutions of the word "The House Nursing Home of Psychoneurological Patients for Adults" shall be replaced with words "The republican center of rehabilitation and permanent residence aged and disabled people";
- in Items 2 and 3 to replace the word of "work" with the word "health cares".
2. In the eighty sixth paragraph of the List of organizations and organizations of system of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 No. 148 of the word "The House — Nursing Home of Psychoneurological Patients for Adults" shall be replaced with words "The republican center of rehabilitation and permanent residence aged and disabled people".
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 27, 1999 No. 446 "About opening of the republican house of nursing home for aged, disabled people and mentally retarded children on 100 places in the city of Panjekent" the following changes:
- in the name of the resolution of the word "the republican house nursing home for aged," shall be replaced with words disabled people and mentally retarded children "the republican house nursing home for aged and disabled people";
