1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 26, 2007 No. 402 "About approval of the Inventory with indication of their codes according to UKTVED on which the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine issues the documents necessary for implementation of customs control and customs clearance of goods", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 12, 2007 on No. 331/13598 (with changes).
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of state policy in the field of assay supervision and documents of the strict reporting (V.V.'s Trojan):
provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Fudashkin D. A.
