About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008, No. 50-51, of Art. 384; 2011, No. 35, Art. 344; 2015, No. 10, Art. 58) following changes:

1. The second articles 30 after paragraph two to add part with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of acceptance by general meeting of the decision on dividend payout in time, smaller what it is provided by paragraph one of this part, dividend payout is performed in time, determined by general meeting.

In case of nonpayment of dividends in time, determined by paragraphs the first and second this Item, or in time, established by general meeting according to the paragraph third this part for dividend payout provided that it is less than the term provided by paragraphs the first and second this Item at the shareholder arises the right of the address to the notary about making of executive text of the notary on documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure according to the list established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
