1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 12, 2013 No. 800 "About approval of Rules of preparation of offers on determination of the need for involvement of foreign workers, to approval of quota for issue to foreign citizens of invitations to entry into the Russian Federation for the purpose of implementation of labor activity, and also quota for issue to foreign citizens of work permits" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 38, Art. 4814; 2014, No. 15, Art. 1750; No. 44, Art. 6072).
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation no later than 5 working days from the date of consideration of offers of executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation on the need for involvement of the foreign workers arriving to the Russian Federation based on the visa to post results of the specified consideration in open access on the official site of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation on the Internet (www.rosmintrud.ru).
3. Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation to place results of consideration of the declared requirement of employers for involvement of the foreign workers arriving to the Russian Federation based on the visa in open access on the official sites of authorized bodies of the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation on the Internet.
