2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 11, 2010 No. 886 "About modification of Rules of consideration by antimonopoly authority of the proceedings initiated on signs of violation of the law of the Russian Federation about advertizing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 46, the Art. 6025).
