About entering of amendment into the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following amendment:

to add part 1 of Article 257 with Item 14 of the following content:

"14) bank equipment (ATMs, POS terminals, payment terminals and bank booths).".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication and is effective till December 31, 2017.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
