About modification and amendments in the Order GGNI No. 299 of May 2, 2012. "About approval of the Instruction on the taxpayer registration"
According to Art. 133 of the h. (1) лит.с) the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (special release, with subsequent changes and amendments is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova of February 8, 2007) I ORDER:
1. Change appendices No. 3 and 4 to the Instruction approved by the Order GGNI No. 299 of May 2, 2012 "About approval of the Instruction on the taxpayer registration" according to appendix to this Order.
2. This Order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To management of methodology, accounting and tax statistics to publish this Order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
