About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine
1. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:
Item 165.1 of Article 165 to add 1) with subitem 165.1.56 of the following content:
"165.1.56. The amount (cost) of the charitable help paid (provided) by the international charitable organizations (their branches, representations) which list is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in advantage:
the physical persons living (living) in the territory of settlements where it is carried out anti-terrorist operation (except for the territories in which public authorities temporarily do not perform or perform in full the powers) (was performed), and/or by force left the place of residence in connection with conducting anti-terrorist operation in such settlements and are registered in the procedure established by the legislation in structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of district, district public administrations, executive bodies in Kiev city, district in the cities (in case of education) councils;
the physical persons living in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and by force left the residence in connection with temporary occupation of the territory of Ukraine determined by the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine", and registered in the procedure established by the legislation in structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of district, district public administrations, executive bodies in Kiev city, district in the cities (in case of education) councils";
2) in Article 252:
in the table line item
"The natural gas corresponding to the condition determined in Item 252.24 of this Article, 20,00 got from deposits to 5000 meters"
replace with such line item:
