About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About acts of civil status"

Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About acts of civil status" of December 8, 2004 to add ZR-9-N (further – the Law) with Articles 9.1 and 9.2:
"Article 9.1 Single electronic management system civil registration and single electronic register
1. In the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia the single electronic management system is effective with civil registration which is available to bodies of the REGISTRY OFFICE in case of means of global network.
2. Bodies of the REGISTRY OFFICE make everything the acts of civil status provided by this Law, and also all certificates provided after registration is exclusive by means of system of electronic control.
3. The single electronic register is the official electronic document in which by electronic method electronic copies of all data provided by this Law and also which are the basis for document registration, the granted certificates and acts of civil status which are subject to registration in all the assembly records made according to this Law are fixed and remain.
Article 9.2. Request for acts of civil status
The requirement of filing of application provided by this Law in bodies of the REGISTRY OFFICE is considered executed when person applicant presents to the employee of body of the REGISTRY OFFICE all information, necessary for preparation of the statement, and signs the application made by means of system of electronic control.".
Article 2. Transitional and final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective on September 30, 2014.
