1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2009 No. 183 "About approval of the sizes and Rules of provision of measures of social support to the specialists of health care, education, social security, culture, sport and agro-industrial complex who arrived for work and accommodation at rural settlements" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 12, the Art. 73) the following changes:
Heading to state 1) in the following edition:
"About determination of the amount of provision of measures of social support to the specialists in the field of health care, education, social security, culture, sport and agro-industrial complex who arrived for work and accommodation at rural settlements";
Item 1 to exclude 2);
Item 2 to state 3) in the following edition:
"2. Determine the sizes of measures of social support to the specialists in the field of health care, education, social security, culture, sport and agro-industrial complex who arrived for work and accommodation at rural settlements:
1) new start allowance in the amount equal to seventyfold monthly settlement indicator;
2) social support for acquisition or construction of housing - budget credit in the amount which is not exceeding one thousand five hundredfold size of monthly settlement indicator.";
