1. Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for use of corporate bank cards in national currency legal entities approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 12, 2005 No. 3-A/1 (рег. No. 1470 of April 18, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, Art. No. 15-16, 121), to state to the following edition:
"5. Calculations with use of corporate bank cards are perfromed according to Regulations on clearing settlements in the Republic of Uzbekistan (рег. No. 2465 of June 3, 2013).".
2. This Resolution is approved with the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Banking association of Uzbekistan.
3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
