1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources and (or) agreements of use of water biological resources approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 2008 No. 602 "About approval of Rules of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources and (or) the agreement of use of water biological resources" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 33, Art. 3864; 2009, No. 25, Art. 3055; 2012, No. 18, Art. 2229; No. 38, Art. 5121; 2013, No. 4, Art. 289).
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:
a) approve in 5-month time in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Federal Antimonopoly Service technique of forming of quantity and the size of objects of auction (lots) under the organization of holding auctions in the cases specified in subitems "i" - "l" of Item 2 of Rules of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources and (or) the agreement of use of water biological resources;
