About approval of Changes to the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency
According to Articles 7, of 40, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine of July 4, 2014 No. 1586-VII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on prevention of negative impact on banking system stability" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in the national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 6, 2006 on No. 1035/12909 (with changes) are applied.
2. To department of payment systems and calculations (Kravets V. M.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention Operational, territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
