In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance from loss of professional working capacity as a result of labor accidents and occupational diseases" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 7, Article 572; 2011, No. 12, Article 1089; 2013, No. 11, Article 1318; 2014, No. 1, Article 9, No. 7, Article 777) to add with Article 9.3 of the following content:
"9.3. The insurer has no right to refuse the conclusion of the contract of compulsory insurance with the subjects, the stipulated in Article 4 presents of the Law who addressed for insurance of the corresponding risks and having insurance interest.".
