Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 25, 2006 No. 52 "About procedure for determination of printing mass media in which announcements of writ of summons of the defendant, the third parties, witnesses whose place of the actual accommodation (stay) is unknown" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 4, to the Art. 165) and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2013 No. 1022 "About printing mass media of nation-wide and local distribution sphere in which in 2014 announcements of writ of summons of the defendant, the third parties, witnesses whose place of the actual accommodation (stay) is unknown" are placed are placed (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 3, the Art. 68) changes which are applied.
