About modification of the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions
According to the subitem 1 of Item 13 of the Section XIII "Transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of October 14, 2014 No. 1697-VII "About prosecutor's office", to Items 1, 4 Provisions on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation ORDER to No. 228:
1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 2, 2012 No. 512/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2012 on No. 489/20802 (with changes), the following changes:
in Item 2.12 of the Section II:
In paragraph one the word "can" shall be replaced with words 1) "and the prosecutor as the participant of enforcement proceeding can", the words "she wishes" shall be replaced with words "they wish";
Subitem 2.12.1 after words" (her representative)" to add 2) with the words "or prosecutor as participant of enforcement proceeding", to replace the word "it" with the word "it";
The word "has" shall be replaced with words 3) in subitem 2.12.3 "and the prosecutor as the participant of enforcement proceeding have".
