According to article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", to Item 5 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of July 4, 2014 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prevention of negative impact on banking system stability" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved No. 1586-VII:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on method, the size and conditions of provision by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of financial support to the accepting bank approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 8, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 8, 2012 on No. 1339/21651 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of January 31, 2013 No. 9), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal service submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
