About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service"

The procedure for construction, operation and servicing of communication lines, including laying of cable and construction linearly - cable constructions, implementation construction and emergency recovery operations on linearly - cable constructions of communication when crossing frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic, in the border territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in 6-month time to adopt the regulatory legal acts following from this Law.
