About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2014, No. 1, the Art. 6) the following changes and amendments:
1. To state Item 3 of part 1 of Article 1 in the following edition:
"3) general directorate of SEZ - the governing body of SEZ created in form of business of organization according to the procedure, established by this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
2. Regarding 1 Article 2 of the word "customs legislation" shall be replaced with words "the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of customs affairs".
3. In Article 5:
in part 1:
- state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2) import, production and realization of excise goods, except for the excise goods intended directly for the production purposes and for production of the goods which are not relating to excise goods after tax payment and customs payments according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
- add part with Items 3-5 of the following content:
"3) production, repair and realization of weapon and ammunition, production and realization of the explosives used in case of production of weapon;
4) production, conversion, storage, neutralization, realization of radioactive, nuclear and other dangerous materials;
5) import, storage, production and realization of drugs, psychotropic substances, except for their precursors used in the production purposes which import is performed according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
4. In Article 6:
regarding 1 word "customs" to exclude;
regarding 2 words "customs regime" shall be replaced with words "customs procedure";
state part 7 in the following edition:
