In the Regulations about System of records on security accounts approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 250 of October 25, 2012. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 252-253, 1547), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 902 of December 3, 2012, to make the following additions:

Item 11 to add 1) with the second paragraph of the following content:

"In case of release of government securities for guaranteeing the emergency credits issued to banks by National Bank in situation of system crisis or risk of its origin, the Ministry of Finance will sign with National Bank the contribution agreement in system of records on security accounts, according to model of appendix No. 1-2 of these regulations.".
