According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and to Item 2 of Chapter 1 of the Section IV of Provisions on consolidation of professional participants of the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 27, 2012 No. 1925, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2013 in case of No. 182/22714, the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 28, 2013 for No. 1481/24013, to state paragraph two of Item 7 of the Section I of the Regulations on procedure for creation and submission of information on activities of self-regulatory organizations and associations of professional participants of the stock market in the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 06, 2013 No. 1407, in the following edition:
"If the paper form of information contains more than one leaf, such information shall be stitched, sheets are numbered and under seal (in the presence) SRO/OPU and the signature of the head of SRO/OPU. On the back the last leaf such text becomes: "It is strung together, numbered and under seal (in the presence) SRO/OPU and the signature of the head of SRO/OPU (quantity) of sheets".".
