About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2011 No. 41 "About approval of the Actions plan on implementation of the State program of development of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Salamatta Kazakstan" for 2011-2015" and recognition No. 366 which voided the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2012 "About approval of the Development program of the oncological help in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2012 - 2016"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2011 No. 41 "About approval of the Actions plan on implementation of the State program of development of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Salamatta Kazakstan" for 2011 - 2015" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 15, the Art. 181) the following changes and amendment:

The subitem 2) of Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) to provide information on implementation of the Actions plan in the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan till February 15 of the year following reporting once a year.";

Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. To provide to the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan summary information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan in authorized body on state planning till March 10 of the year following reporting once a year.";

To add 3) with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. To authorized body on state planning following the results of the carried-out monitoring based on the report on implementation of the State program of development of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Salamatta Kazakstan" for 2011 - 2015, submitted by the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to create the draft of the conclusion and to provide together with the report on realization to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan till March 25 of the year following reporting.";

4) the Actions plan on implementation of the State program of development of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Salamatta Kazakstan" for 2011 - 2015, approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2012 No. 366 "About approval of the Development program of the oncological help in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2012 - 2016" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 38, the Art. 514).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
