About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts and recognition voided some orders on implementation of public procurements
According to Item 12 parts one of Article 8 and part two of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation order:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts which are attached.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of October 3, 2005 No. 314 "About approval of criteria of forming of the state order on delivery of products for the state needs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2005 for No. 1231/11511;
the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of October 31, 2012 No. 1205 "About approval of document forms concerning forming of the state order", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 20, 2012 for No. 1941/22253;
the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of July 23, 2013 No. 856 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of electronic platforms and operators of electronic platforms and inclusions (exception) of subjects of managing of such register", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 13, 2013 for No. 1388/23920.
3. To submit to department of public procurements and state order in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
