Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2013 No. 14 "About some questions of implementation by the tax authorities of ministerial procedures, establishment of forms of some documents and recognition which voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.06. 2013, 8/27592; 30.11. 2013, 8/28114; 22:05. 2014, 8/28676; 23:07. 2014, 8/28899) following amendments and changes:
1.1. add Item 2 with paragraphs the ninth and tenth the following content:
"statements for approval of the list of processing equipment, the component parts and spare parts to it imported (imported) for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementation of the investment project corresponding to priority type of activity (the sector of economy) according to appendix 34-2 to this resolution;
statements for approval of the list of raw materials and the materials imported (imported) for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementation of the investment project corresponding to priority type of activity (the sector of economy) according to appendix 34-3 to this resolution.";
