Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of payment by the non-state pension fund performing mandatory pension insurance, to legal successors of the died insured persons of means of the pension accruals considered on the retirement accounts of funded pension approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2014 No. 710 "About approval of Rules of payment by the non-state pension fund performing mandatory pension insurance, to legal successors of the died insured persons of means of the pension accruals considered on retirement accounts of funded pension" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 32, the Art. 4483):

a) to state the subitem "b" of item 4 in the following edition:

"b) child(children) who did not reach age of majority and (or) the full age child(children) studying on full-time in the organization performing educational activities (except for the organizations of additional education), before the end of such training, but not longer than before achievement of age of 23 years by it.";

b) in paragraph three of Item 8 of the word "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "Pension Fund of the Russian Federation";
