In pursuance of the paragraph of third of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2014 "About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Rules of stay of the foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 20, 2006 No. 73 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 19, 5/17151; 2010, No. 174, 5/32177; 2012, No. 68, 5/35802; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.08. 2012, 5/36050):
in Item 2:
after the words "individual entrepreneurs" to add Item with the words "the physical person or agricultural organization rendering services in the field of agroecotourism according to the procedure, established by legal acts of the Republic of Belarus (further-subjects of agroecotourism)";
exclude the words "or tourist voucher";
in Item 3 part one:
after the words "established by the Law" to add part with words ", international treaties of the Republic of Belarus";
exclude the words "on legal causes";
in Item 8 part four:
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
to consider paragraphs of the fifth or seventh respectively paragraphs the fourth or sixth;
in Item 9:
