1.7. the customer (organizer) shall respond to the request about explanation of documents which arrived no later than three working days before the expiration for preparation and submission of offers. The customer (organizer) no later than one working day following behind day of receipt of such request posts content of such request and the answer to it (without specifying of person who sent inquiry) in electronic form on the official site and in open access on electronic trading platform;
