In "Procedure of the state supervision of condition, use, safety, protection of forest fund and recovery of the woods", No. 15 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 3, 2000 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 2, Article 114; 2005, No. 1, Article 49, No. 6, Article 558; 2006, No. 4, Article 370; 2007, No. 4, Article 390; 2014, No. 7, Article 924) to make the following changes:
1. to exclude the words "Azerbaijani Open Joint Stock Company of Melioration and Water Economy" from the second paragraph of part 2.
2. in the first paragraph of part 3 of the word "bodies within the powers" to replace with the word "body" and the word "perform" to replace with the word "performs".
3. in the third offer of the first paragraph of part "heads of relevant organs" shall be replaced with words 4 words "the head of body"".
4. in the first paragraph of part 5 of the word "bodies within the powers" to replace with the word "body" and the word "have" to replace with the word "has".
