Make change to the Order of registration of share issue of the joint-stock companies created in the course of privatization and corporatisation, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of February 26, 2013 248, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2013 in case of No. 461/22993, having added it with new Item of the following content:

"10. The documents (their copy) submitted according to this Procedure to body of registration also shall be certified by seal (seals), need such certificate in the presence of corresponding seal (seals).".
